Been going to Morrison for a few years to the Cafe over the last few months, they have changed the small breakfast removing tomatoes putting hashbrown without any notice. The price for 2 small breakfast with extra sausage and 2 coffee has gone up from £14.50 to £17.50 ! But this week another £.50 to £18 I asked the question has it gone up again the response was I think so!! It is a treat each week we are both pensioner but with this it might have to stop. The cost has increased by £4 in a matter of months not good and sometimes not cooked that well for. I don't usually put reviews but feel that the quality and service and prices are not that great and might have to rethink if we still go for our weekly treat if the price keeps going up.
Lady on the cigarette counter just now needs some customer service traing. Refused to take my points card then asked if I want a receipt. I said yes please. Just walked off. Bad attitude.
Be careful in this place. There's always lots of water on the floor with little to no caution signs. What signs there are have no writing on them and are tucked away, close to the edge of the isles. My wife had a fall a while back, and nothing was done about the obviously broken fridges near the butcher section.
Was at Morrisons on Saturday to buy Fillet steak and topside beef.nAt the butchers counter the meat section was empty due to fridge down told my butcher. Asked if he had the meat I required was told all meat was on shelves.nAsked if meat was in the back chiller, he said meat was all out.nThis person I have found to be very rude and unhelpfully on several occasions.nWe try not to go there when he is on.nSmall guy.
Really big store. Well organised and always stocked well. Has a cafe and a huge table of items that go to charity
