The management should be ashamed of themselves the cafe downstairs are totally unsupported and are running around trying their hardest to do a good job. The food is great but you can feel the tension among the staff,it's potential to be great cafe with more staff is immense ,I remember it years ago, it just seems like it as been overlooked for years now.Come on management please sort it out for the people of Morley.
I visited the store with my 5 year old son and had the best experience ever! I usually dread bringing my son with me because he gets bored whilst out shopping but not today! There was a lovely lady at the till sorry don't know her name she was so friendly and asked my son if he wanted to scan his item and he even got a sticker after. My son has come home and told the rest of the family he wants to work there when he is older . She really made his day. Thank you so much.
I come here because it is convenient, not because i think it is a very good store. Over the years, the customer service has varied from rude to good. More recently they had big problems with the freezers leaking or frosting up.
Disabled parking is not enforced a lot of bays don't have badges displayed I have returned to try them after years of using aldi. I have been at tea time mid afternoon and about 7pm As a disabled person with poor dexterity your company choice to have just one manned till at 7pm is appalling .I cannot and will not use your unmanned tills - to do this I have to handle my shopping 4 or 5 times as opposed to a manned till is 2 times and once to put the shopping from the shelf into the trolley As I am constant pain without having to do excessive handling of my shopping I am going to try one more time before returning to aldi -they have a minimum of 2 manual tills open and will open another one as the que dictates . Think of your customers not your wages bill
What's happened to this store, went this morning to get coleslaw and potato salad, hardly anything on shelves. Fridge still out of order 3 weeks down the line. Store looks dirty. Staff rude and spend more time talking to each other than concentrating on customers. Buck up morrisons aldi, lidl and other supermarkets are on top of their game why can't you do it.
The cafe at morrisons morley was not a good experience, the cups for tea/coffee were filthy, all needed a wash, it was similar to a weatherspoons serve yourself, tepid hot water, bottle of milk left on the side, not refrigerated?? Staff sat about on counters end of till, food about average, all in all never visit again, £20 wasted , the one in Barnsley i cannot fault, great staff, great food and service.
Wow what can i say about Morrisons Morley. Well the place needs shutting down for a massive refurb! Every freezer is leaking! The doors on them don't shut, they have soakage snakes at the bottom of every one of them, every weekend barely anything on shelves, all the managers are trying to restock the shelves as they won't/ or can't employ new staff. I've recently heard 2/3 people say they won't be back to the store some say they don't have a choice for lack of transport. This used to be a good store! Shame really
Never been before and its lovely and spacious great for wheel chair access and a cafe it looked lovely as I walked passed. Plenty of car parking spaces, not busy at 8.30am Definatley deserves 5 star, staff are very friendly,
