I've never had such poor customer service like this. Standing waiting for item approval for over 10 mins. The staff here are poorly motivated and have no respect. No apology either..... note this is the second time this has happened. Avoid
The cafe needs a good clean it's dirty the staion where you get your drinks is filthy. There's no cutlery no milk etc, cups are either dirty or none available. Staff are non existent can you blame them working for a company that doesn't have any respect for them.
The store regularly has poorly stocked shelves, staff take up several of the parent and child bays even though they have a staff car park and there are beggars outside doors but security don't ask them to move or contact police, also never enough staff on tills , if you ask them to open a proper till they tell you they don't have enough staff, and like most supermarkets they are slowly taking away the option to pay cash.
Went to cafe today today absolutely disgusting dirty everywhere trays minging dirty cutlery coffee machine overflowing with waste water.nWhat kind of standard is this?
Near to motorway, in good price and quality, it's next to Morrisons groceries store so u can even buy groceries from here
