Outstanding service! Had a lovely girl called Polly help me with ordering my lunch as I had never been to a Morrisons cafe before! She was very patient and helpful making for a very pleasant first time experience. Would definitely reccommend!
Went to the toilet, it must be the worst smelling toilets I've visited in a while, the rank smell as your heading towards it greats like a cloud of mustard gas, it takes your breath away as you open the door, which you were trying your hardest to hold on too for as long as possible so not to breath in the putrid molodorous vapour emulating from the room. Not able to hold the air in my lungs any longer, I turned to leave and noticed the check sheet pinned to the door signed on a ritual by CP Who obviously has serious sinus problems and no sense of smell Be ashamed of your toilets they reflect the cleanliness of your store Hygiene score. -10 The rest of the shop pretty standard Or is it ?
I only went into grab a cup of tea. I really won't bother again as the place feels very unhygienic. They hadn't any little spoons, and the rest of the cutlery was covered in dried food. The staff looked miserable, and the atmosphere was dyer. They really could do with another ordering machine as the queue was getting quite long, with elderly people standing for ages waiting to order. This place needs a massive overall. Sham on you, Morrisons.
Nearly threw up going past the fish bar today, all smelt rotten, not good next to the main entrance! Went loo, to be hit in my face by the intense stench of sewer smell as soon as I got near them! Worked in sewage plants and they smelt better than their! Car park dimly lit, especially the main pedestrian path up the middle. Nearly hit someone as didn't see them due to dim lighting and lots of sign posts blocking the view of anyone about to cross over from the petrol station side of car park.
It only gets 2 stars because of the friendly staff. Otherwise, it would have only got 1 star. Stupid electronic ordering system, imitating McDonald's. The restaurant didn't look like it had been cleaned. And the food wasn't brilliant. Over cooked oven chips. Pellet peas. But the fish was OK. It just seems like there's not enough staff. I only saw 2, but both were very friendly and helpful
Called in to fill my car with petrol, first available was a pay at the pump, but despite scanning my card as requested and then inserting it as requested it failed to play ball and the previous sale was still showing on the display. I went to the kiosk to explain the situation only to be met by, at best total indifference or at worst total confrontation “what do you expect me to do” was about the size of it. Well, perhaps offer a solution, or if that isn’t possible at least explain why. I moved to the next pump, also pay at the pump. It had a message about some sort of error and I should pay at the kiosk, however, again when I lifted the nozzle the previous sale remained in place. I again went in to ask what was going on, she claimed there was “no issue” on her screen, and in any event as it is pay at the pump what could she do? But the pump was telling me to pay at the kiosk! I was then met with “why are you talking to me like this, I am not paid to be shouted at “I wasn’t shoutingThis begged the question - what is she paid for? Clearly not to provide good customer service, or if she is she is failing very badly
When I’m passing on a Tuesday to one of my calls. I call in and do a little shop for myself and pick up a few bits for the warehouse staff. Sausage rolls, donuts and fizzy pop.
Ordered breakfast came out cold and staff weren’t very helpful at all . A member of staff dropped or should I say knocked some teapots and cutlery on to the floor and proceeded to put them back to be used. Which personally my thoughts were that they would of gone back to be washed
Stood for almost 15 minutes waiting for help to come at self service check out while 3 staff helped same person and chatted in the trolley self service checkout. Not great for a disabled person who is in pain. When they did come they helped 3 others who had only been there a few moments and came to me last!! This store gets worse.
Used to go in 7am get work force hot sausage rolls and pasties but now they don't open the baking side until 9am waste time opening cause mainly work people are early birds .also couple older generation also complained when I was their one said she enjoys going early not so many people about feels safer so Morrisons gone down hill Greg's it is unless you change
