I was extremely disappointed when I showed your cashier a more points card voucher, in date from my mobile, and he said that it was online only said in store on he the said I needed to pay now and go check with customer services, who upon our arrival, we're not available. This is the day before new year's eve, and I have travelled 5 hours to my residence, and this dilemma has added substantial time on top of this. Not to mention we have two Labradors sat waiting patiently, and somebody broke the window to give them air, and Morrisons refused to reimburse the criminal damages, neither in cash or more points. Will not be returning. No jokes, no asides, your staff are rude
Had a lovely sausage and mash. Paid £1 for a small little Yorkshire pudding which I was gutted. Thought it will be big like toby or brewers. Friend had a breakfast. No sausage but had to pay for a bacon . Come out luke warm. I didn't finish it
This store is badly managed, untidy inside and out, and dirty. The floor is filthy, often with loose packaging on it. The fresh food isn't managed well and the freezers are often not cold enough; the ice cream is always soft. I am local but travel elsewhere to shop, as their standard of hygiene is completely off-putting.
This Morrisons is large and has everything you could possibly need. The car park is busy and not terribly well designed, with lots of irregularly spaced give way signs so you need to be on the lookout for cars and tightly parked, and therefore, impatient people.nnOne of the best initiatives they have going at the moment is the green donation bags that make it a lot easier to remember to give to those less fortunate for yourselves. This is a brilliant thing to do because it really is so hard to remember to pick up an extra tin of food or two along the way To drop in the basket at the end. I commend Morrisons for leading the way in this
Good large car park very nice large store well stocked friendly staff also has a cafe in store and fuel station across the road. An altogether great service. Thanks
