Shelves are forever empty no matter when you go. Checkout no longer has cash options at self service. Cheaper supermarkets elsewhere with better quality.
Often out of bags and seems to just skate by on the fact it’s the only supermarket in town. The only saving grace is the younger workers who are always polite and very helpful. Anyone who appears to be over 30 or on the management side of things are rude and act like they have no time for you!
Had to change my sons nappy while we shopped. I was pleasantly surprised to see a basket of nappies to which you can take from. I've not seen this anywhere else, and it is a wonderful idea!
As a whole I love this morrisons and everyone who works there is lovely, however I went in there today and got served by a lady who was extremely rude and raised her voice at me when I was simply showing her which item I wanted behind the counter, she was huffing at everything I was saying and I felt very upset by this, she was completely unprofessional and I felt very embarrassed as there were alot of people around when she raised her voice at me, no one wants this treatment when going to the shop, I understand everyone has bad days but this has happened before with the same lady and has now made me worried to go in again incase she serves me again maybe if she was re trained on how to treat people that would help
Don’t park in the carpark otherwise you’ll unfairly get a parking fine and they will ignore your appeal. Won’t be returning
Having finished it's refit, the store looks bigger and brighter with a much improved cafe, the entrance is still tight and cluttered but aisles OK, the Market Street was surprisingly well stocked but I had to return the doughnuts I bought as the dough was chewy, they had not been fried off properly... Waited 10 mins to get my refund, staff were very busy and polite and parking is free for two hours for customers
Always a que, shelves can be unstocked, Parking very difficult, and selection of goods is far lower than the next local store in Paignton.
Absolutely terrible. If you want everything on your shopping list, don't go here. Always missing stock. Half the fridges don't work. Vegetables already starting to turn on the shelves. Packets of salad so crushed that they resemble mush. They are complacent here because there isn't any competition for miles.
Well laid out and easy to navigate with signage. Not too busy but limited car parking with the car park clearly used for other than the shop.
Nice store, good size, had everything I wanted, loads of free parking and a really nice and helpful Community Champion.
