My husband and I had food at the cafe. Lunch time, quite busy.nThe food was terrible. The battered sausage and pie crust on the steak pie could knock a nail in, it was so hard we couldn't cut it. The chips looked lovely but were hard in the middle. When we ordered our food on the pre order screen we ordered apple crumble and custard, we should have got our money back, It was not crumbly at all, it had clearly been microwaved and was soft.nWe noticed other people had left, leaving full plates of food.nThe staff in the cafe were lovely, friendly and helpful.nThere are review forms scattered all over but nowhere to post them. I filled one in and asked the lass working on store security, where we should take the form and she pointed me to 'customer services'. Customer services did not know where I should take the form. A waste of my time that I won't get back!

Came and did shopping put the food away. Decided to have a bite to eat .Big mistake after ordering on self order board and taking a seat quite a while later one of the staff came over and said the Chicken dinner I ordered, they had run out of Chicken bearing in mind this is a supermarket ,she then asked me to order something else off the menu I chose quarter pound burger with chips .she said haven't got any burgers .therefore ending up with the Ultimate breakfast which when was served was thrown on the table and was look warm .I must admit this is the worst cafe experience I've ever hadnPlease avoid the time and effort having a meal here ,at your expense
Nice place, got chatting to a couple.nn2 stars knocked off because the meal deal didn't discount the wine we'd got, that was with the meals, and we had to wait about 10 mins to get it sorted no fault of the guy behind the counter, there was only him on!nnEmploy more staff Morrisons because we had frozen stuff!
I don't shop here all the time but I like going once a month. Good range, baked goods range excellent. Prices are much more competitive than they used to be. The Parkgate store seems well run.
