No cleaning station to wipe shopping carts l,long queues for checkout with less staff and empty stations,they want everyone to use self checkout so they can save money.I have used self checkouts in the past always a bad experience with bag verification, wrong prices etc.I’ve been a loyal customer for years now I’m rethinking my decision.
Worst shopping experience ever after years of visiting this store. One cash self check out working almost all card self check out machines have faults. Customers queueing. One member of staff apologetic. Hope you understand why your Customers are leaving morrisons
Got out of bed at 6.30, walked down to get some coffee beans for you to be shut? God help you when Christmas comes around. I honestly wish I just waited and went somewhere else. Local bus transport starts around 6.00, so where do you think the people waiting at the bus stop are going to go for they're dinners and drinks, tobacco? Not you anymore obviously they will just wait until they get to tesco in Bradford town. People from the buses were going to get some items but they couldn't because your OPENING AT 7!!! the only reason I come here early is because that's where the buses are. You literally have around 20 customers waiting to get in and lost about 10. Opening at 7 is a stupid idea, when I come early morning there's always people in and out. You've lost about ten customers this morning, pulling up seeing your opening at 7 then going somewhere else. I'm now stood here freezing having to wait 20 minutes. I'll just go somewhere else next time. When the doors opened just then, everybody started running because we are in a rush and gonna be late !!!!! Another thing that baffles me is, someone actually gets paid a salary to make these DUMB decisions. How stupid. My girlfriend works in one of the retail shops and non of the staff can get anything before they start work anymore. They go elsewhere
My shopping visit to Enterprise 5 Morrisons at Idle today wasn't pleasant.nnIt's been going downhill for a while now due to out of stock items and now they've taken out over half of the manned checkouts and replaced them with even more self service ones - the queues were horrendous and the amount of red lights flashing from the self serve ones was a joke, which led to customer frustration. Staff were trying their best but clearly struggling.nnI'm not completely against self serve and agree with giving customers the option, however having the majority of checkouts self serve, leaving only a few manned tills is ridiculous in my opinion.nnThe main downfall is that this appears to have led to longer queues and unhappy customers.nSurely those are the two most important factors of retail? It's not rocket science.nnStock availability + an efficient check out = good customer experience nThat's what customers want!nnInstead we are given:nRegular out of stock items + long queues at checkouts due to manned tills disappearing and self serviced ones messing up! = Bad customer experience nnI only use this store due to convenience and locality, I'm seriously considering making a slightly longer trip for my weekly shop for the sake of a more normal and less stressful food shopping experience.
The store manager and staff is brilliant except the team leader lady Denica she is very rude and arrogant. I hate to shop here whenever she is working. It's nothing personal but the way she is. Doesn't deserve to be a team leader. I wish the manager looked into it. Many thanks
