I've lived near this shop for a few months now, and I can definitively say they are the friendliest people, shopkeepers or otherwise, that I have ever met. They're always happy to chat, and they won't bat an eyelid if you need help. They're not just shopkeepers, they're more like neighbours.nnThe shop has an adequate supply of items, including your everyday milk, butter, flour, etc... And products you're not using as often, but still might find yourself needing, and of course your usual supply of corner shop crisps and sweets. They get new stock regularly and do good discounts on items near their sell-by-date, and it's all still fine to eat, as long as you're not intending to keep it for a long time.nnIf you're looking for a friendly shopping experience with everything you need, with a slight convenience tax, you've found the perfect shop.
Just today. Ordered delivery through Uber, dropped off, no problems, courier was friendly and helpful when I phoned her 5 minutes later after unpacking and finding parts of my order missing, she advised I phone the store as she had nothing else for this address.nHave been trying to phone for half an hour now, phone just rings off.nMight aswell walk the half hour it takes to go rectify it since no one wants to sort this out over the phone, might as well have just walked to do my shop anyway
I haven't shopped there yet as I'm out of district of many years... that saying if the shop and staff are like the old 'Potts' family owners... of many a year gone... ....then I'm sure the people there and service is second to none... as most Dudley people are....
really friendly and helpful staff and lovely kitty watching out for the costumers
Great shop. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Makes it pleasant going in there knowing there's always someone with a smile to help
