Morrison's in Belper is a wonderful place to shop, whether you're stocking up on groceries or just popping in for a few essentials. The store is always clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. The selection of fresh produce is top-notch, and their bakery section never disappoints. I especially appreciate the friendly staff who are always willing to help with a smile. The café is a cozy spot for a quick coffee or snack, offering good value for money. One thing I love is the wide range of local products they stock, making it easy to support local businesses while shopping. Plenty of parking spaces and a smooth checkout process round off a great overall experience. Definitely my go-to store in Belper! Highly recommended!
Really starting to like this super market. Shelves are always stocked. Staff seem happy to help. And now they do a little seating area for shoppers that may need a little pit stop to catch your breath. Well done Morrisons
I love morrisons as a weekly shop. Overall, a nice and quiet experience tonight. Fair price, shelves always same, to find the usuals. Shelves were slightly bare tonight. Overall ... good shop, as usual.
Absolutely love this store. The staff are fab. We visit the customer cafe every week and we love being served by Talent. She is one of the loveliest people we've ever met. Introduced her to our little granddaughter on Saturday she was great with her! Our little poppet is such a sociable child she hit it off straight away with Talent and by the time we were leaving it was actual hugs all round!! What a credit she is to this store. Nothing is ever too much trouble with this lady. Looking forward to more of the same service next week Oops forgot to say we're enjoying the free refills only problem I had was one Saturday 2 weeks ago, I got a parking ticket for staying over 2 hours. I didn't even realise there was a limit, I didn't know there's an electronic device to put your reg in and I didn't realise I'd been that long shopping and drinking free refills The customer care manager advised I pop to Customer Service and they dealt with it for me and now I know to put my registration number in if I'm on a go slow hehe.
I am fed up of arriving home and checking my till receipt, Morrisons Belper Derbyshire to find that the reductions offered in store have not be been taken off the final total at the till. Today on the end isle was an offer for Ginsters Slices and Ginsters Pasties 16.7.2024. Both were offered at £1.25 each down from £2.00 each. I bought 2 pasties and 1 slice. The 75p was taken off the slice but I was charged £2.00 for each of the pasties. Attempts to contact the store and Morrison's Customer Services bounce you between telephone numbers. Waste of time. We are only talking of £1.50 here not the end of the world but Morrisons do this time and time again assuming that not every customer checks their bill. A matter of principle. I live rural and travel 14 miles to Morrisons Belper, so it's Sainsburys 9 miles away Ashbourne for my next and subsequent shops. This NEVER happens with other stores ONLY Morrisons.
Dirty toilets, scruffy around isles and layout is poor not upto normal standards of other stores ,too cluttered ,f n veg could b displayed better.broken plastis trolley s still in use x
Extremely rude staff; a member of staff was talking to the checkout operator for the entire time I was queuing, and continued whilst I was being served. The checkout operator was being distracted by her colleague. Totally unacceptable behaviour.
The Belper store is dirty and often not stocked well. The freezers are full of frozen dirty loose products. Leaks from the fridges, it just needs a huge overhaul to bring it up to standards. Grotty and disgusting so stopped shopping there.
Lots of variety of plants and pots and garden orderments this hanging basket is 2 for £8 there at the moment also compost bags on offer from 2 for £10 lots of other summer times deals on at the moment. Also they are employing new staff if interested
It's a supermarket that I'd normally avoid. Two rude staff members during my visit and yes, I did ask nicely... Glitchy self-checkout terminal but that's just another cross to bear...
