I returned a microwave bought several months earlier; we didn’t have the box or the receipt but the very helpful lady on the customer service desk searched through the system and printed us a duplicate receipt, thereby enabling us to exchange for a new microwave. She was very patient and nice about me taking ages to hunt through my app for the transaction details. Excellent service!
The toilets have been broken for around 5 weeks but 1 remains open. I have contacted Health and safety! The staff are usually nice but no one should be dealing with this filth.
Horrible shopping experience. From the second you enter the store to the minute you leave. Security follow you everywhere and made worse with everyone wearing a headset also partake in making the whole shopping experience a nightmare.
Went in for a quick bite to eat before shopping . Ordered 2 toastie, coffee , tea and one portion of chips. Costing over £12 .The toasties were 3.99 and did not come with side salad or coleslaw. I ordered a cheese and ham toastie but received just cheese. I think the quality and quantity has certainly deteriorated and not value for money ..
Visited morrisons anniesland 6 weeks ago bought a warm pasty from keep warm oven ate it i was vommiting later on in evening then few days later vomit again then developed ecoli which to date has wrecked havoc with my bladder.and kidneys iv been to hospital 3 times and 3 courses of antibiotics im still suffering.i warn anyone watch what your buying eating in this store obviously someone handled my pasty with filthy hands or the pasty was rotten out of date for me to have ecoli.its not first time people have sufferd due to unclean food from this store and a few died few years ago.hygene is paramount to any shop that sells food and includes not selling the public out of date food

Morrisons superstore in Anniesland is one of the best. I guarantee you will find everything on your grocery list here. It also has a cafe, key cutting and cobbler, dry cleaning, proper chemist, clothing, hardware, party centre and tobacconist Fully wheelchair friendly and the butcher here is extremely good. Top marks!
I am a wheelchair user and until a few months ago I was a regular customer but at that time a checkout person refused to help me pack my shopping and she was quite rude in the way she spoke to me but I am delighted to say that today's experience was completely different. The checkout lady - Sharon - could not have been more helpful or kind. So I just want to say Thank You, Sharon and in my opinion Morrisons is very lucky to have you.
The cafe is reasonable. Reasonable food at reasonable prices I just wish they'd supply knifes that actually cut rather than steel stick with which you tear your food.
I visit Morrisons Anniesland when I leave the gym as they're open before 8am This morning went into buy milk and noticed for the first tiem there's a fresh fish counter. I would have liked to have purchased some fresh fish sockeye Alaskan salmon but was told they didnt open until 9am - by which time Im at my desk for work. Went home with no fish - bit disappointing as the store opens early but the fish counter doesnt. Is this likely to change?
