Amazing. Just wanted a small sentimental thing fitted to a pendant for my partner. Was an odd request but they were incredibly accommodating, taking me through all my options and always giving me a reasonable price. Ended up with a beautiful piece. Real craftsmanship. Very good covid precautions too.
