Great neighbourhood pub not too far from the Cathedral and the Bailgate. Wood burning fire and outdoor heaters ensure a cozy experience in winter. They have a wide variety of wine, gin, and ales available for those who prefer something other than lager. Listed as one of Lincoln's best dog-friendly pubs. The staff are lovely, as are the interior and exterior spaces.
Great pub with excellent choice of beers. Large inside area and plenty of seating. Typical pub menu for this chain and cooked really well too.
Brilliant homely pub, great beer, great staff, dog friendly!!! and fabulous people who drink there and make you unbelievably welcome... Highly Recommended, just gets better every week don't take my word for it.... pop in and automatically your at home with exceedingly fabulous company and equally fabulous beers, wines, spirits whatever your tipple is nobody does it better!!!.
Another surprise find at the back side of the cathedral. The real ale, lager and gin selection was very varied. We were greeted and served by very friendly staff. The outside area was spacious, well set out with both undercover and sunny areas and the flowers/planting gave a Mediterranean feel. Although they weren't serving food whilst we were there you could bring/order your own to eat. We will definately return when next in Lincoln and would not hesitate to recommend it wish we lived nearer it would be our local!
Quiet and comfortable pub just out of the main tourist area. Enjoyed a couple of pints of real ale, proper drinking.
Lovely place for a drink or few after a good walk around the bailgate area of Lincoln, staff are friendly and very helpful and the locals are also friendly, can be very busy on a Friday and Saturday night
Nipped in today with the dog. Could not have had a better experience. Definitely now on my pub map
