Top notch department store here because you get unique things and it's like an old fashioned department store in a good way. It has its own unique character and you can get everything that you can get in. A anonymous big store, but Morleys definitely has character and great goods. The makeup department is amazing. The bag department's amazing. The hosary department is amazing. The household apartment is amazing and also there's a good selection of clothes. What is there not to like?
I was in the store today. To buy an eyebrow pencil. I went to the beauty department and stopped at the Clarins stand in the beauty department. Was served by a lovely lady called Rose. Very professional and friendly. Got what I wanted. She also gave me some samples of beauty products. Highly recommend giving the store a visit. They also have a Sale on at the moment as well.
Never visited store, but dealt with lovely young lady Natasha, over the phone, at young fashion department. I am more than happy that not only she managed to find the item I have been looking for everywhere. But kindly arranged for this to be delivered to my local store and promised and called me back for an update. She deserves a payrise for being so helpful & kind!!! Thank you Natasha I am so grateful
That was my first time in Morleys Brixton! The staff were very helpful. Thanks to Chelsea T and Othman for their kindest help in finding the things I wanted to buy. I did not expect to have caused a lot of troubles. Please convey my thanks to them. They are the pride of Morleys Brixton!

I have noticed a lot of changes to the store. It's a great improvement and looks brighter. A wider selection of designer clothing and other outlets. Wide range of prices to suit everyone's pocket.
I spent 70 £ ,I walked to the door and I found the security Gard is dealing with a woman then I try to get out he says you too you too then he comes and snatched the bag from my hand he checked it and I was ok to go the thing stop accusing your customers for stealing and embarrassing them who are coming with their money next time you do that to me I will remain calm I will call the police for you for your accusation I’m not joking after I will ask for refund. And I will never come back .treat your customer with respect. Le client est Roi. Hopefully you get it.
OMG! The customer service I received in this store on a Monday afternoon was FAB. In the Accessories and Cookware Departments staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Both went out of their way to help me with a genuine will. Having worked in retail I feel I can tell begrudging service and this was not that. YAY!!! for Morley's Brixton.
Hadn't been here for years. The transformation is fantastic. I felt as if I was in Selfridges. The cosmetic counters, included Jo Malone, MAC and Nars, just too name a few. It was busy. They had a wider selection of clothes, French Connection, Reiss, Sosandar etc The Cafe Nero on the first floor is a nice touch where you can relax after your shopping. . Will come back.
One of the ladies working the eyebrow threading station inside probably has given me the worst customer service experience i've ever had at a beauty service provider the other one was really lovely though Shockingly brash, doesn't want to listen or make the client feel at ease, refuses to answer questions, the whole experience was extremely unpleasant Will not come back even though the nice lady did my brows really well. Can't be making the experience this unpleasant for customers.
