I phoned morgans and instantly I was told that somebody will call on the property & they did assess the job needing a part and was told it will be fitted next day, which was superb as I had no heating. Will call them anytime again. Brilliant service

Don't touch them with a bargepole! They kept me waiting all day for work to be done, saying they had got the appointment mixed up but would try to get to me later. Then they made a new appointment, also an early morning one, and did the same thing again. Two days wasted, very angry! I only gave one star as l had no option for none!
