Popped in this week to take a look at a van for sale, I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with car dealerships pressure selling and this wasn’t one of them, in fact Chris was a breath of fresh air.  Absolutely no pressure selling and when I told him I would be in contact he didn’t constantly call me or put me under pressure to make a decision.  Unfortunately affordability wise currently going through a mortgage application the purchase of the van wasn’t meant to be, but I’ll 100% be purchasing my next vehicle from Chris and the team.

I had a very positive experience at Morgans Car & Commercial sales Ballyclare today; the vehicle I went to see was as described on their website and after being warmly  welcomed by Chris their salesman I went for  a test drive  unaccompanied  which I appreciated as a sign of their trust in the quality of the car I was testing. I am delighted with not only the car that I purchased but the pleasant and knowledgeable experience I had with Chris; there was no pushing for a sale it was all about being helpful and answering any queries I had. A 5 star experience and I would highly recommend this company for the excellent and professional service I received today if you are thinking of changing your car.

First and foremost, thank you to Chris and the whole team at Morgan Car & Commercial for restoring my faith in customer service, but moreover the age old behaviour lacking in society - common courtesy.nnHand picked cars, chosen because they are not always perfect - simply genuine cars that are as good as a used car ever can be. Morgan Cars not only take time to choose cars that people actually find desirable, they research each cars service history, and provide endless photographs which means that the prospective buyer has seen the car from the comfort of their home in HD and with over 20 photographs immediately. This attention to detail is backed up by a friendly, non aggressive salesman Chris who is both calm, trustworthy but moreover non-invasive allowing us to peruse the car before taking an unaccompanied test drive. Cars that are detailed for viewers to a level that would shame Charles Hurst.nnHats off to the team - Chris is worth his weight in gold! It's no wonder you were re seated by the company owners in your current role and long may you continue to be yourself - people buy from people!

7hr round trip to look at a 'faultless immaculate' TTS. Bonnet riddled with stone chips and woeful touch ups with a completely different shade of blue, oil leak obviously coming from the head, undertray had a dinner plate size stain on it and the bonnet pull even snapped off in my hand. Smartassed reply when I declined the sale, didn't even attempt to give any potential repair towards the sale, never mind any apology for completely and deceivingly wasting my time. I have a TT, work on it myself and know them very well, head gaskets do not fail on these cars unless they've lost coolant and majorly overheated. All yours for 9K, if you're stupid enough.......

Great service from start to finish when. Buying a car. Staff friendly and helpful definitely be making my next car from Morgan's.
