I asked for my very black thick long hair to has a slightly “lifted” effect. Wanted minimal damage and something as natural as possible. showed a few picture of some brownish subtle balayage /lowlights done. The hairdresser barely looked at the image. Was completely shocked when she washed and dried my hair. It was very patchy, not nicely blended and way lighter than I asked for. I tried to like it but it was a horrendous mess. I walked in with the perfect canvas, virgin hair, well taken care of, thick and long and was willing to spend as much as possible to get my desired result and honestly the hair dresser didn’t even pay attention to what I wanted. I paid close to 140 pounds. Ended up cutting my hair that I’d been growing out for 2 years and using box dye to correct it.
I recently a restyle with Sara. Sara made me feel at ease and cut a lovely bob for me, whilst giving me hair care advice. Thank you for a relaxed enjoyable visit. You cut my hair with confidence and knew just what I required for my hair type!
Standards have majorly dropped. Two family members have been recently and left very upset and hair looking awful. Rude miserable staff, high turn over of staff. stylists over lapping on bleach causing terrible breakage. Plenty of other fantastic hair dressers in the area I’d advise not going to this place.
I was new to the area, I went here and was given a junior hair stylist to do a scalp bleach, after my second visit I noticed the damage that was a direct effect of the bleach application and overlapping. I had to immediately stop going here but the damage was done and taking years to re grow my long hair.
I went to Morgan Edwards today and had a lovely stylist Sara. I have to say it's the first time in a long time I have come out of a hairdressers and Sara did exactly what I asked for. I love it have re-booked she was very professional and thorough. Thank you Sara .
I like getting a haircut here, the staff are very skilled. I usually pay £15 for my haircut. Its a mans haircut and i never take long. However the other day i got my haircut here and was charged £26. Im not sure whether i will return if that is the new standard rate.

My two daughters had cuts and finish... they looked like models and were pampered by lovely staff at Carmarthen. We had refreshments on arrival which is always a lovely touch. Will definitely by returning again
