Morgan cars were superb, we had never heard of these guys before, however from start to finish the team were brilliant. We were collected from the airport and taken through all aspects of the car, even fitting my own private number plates on in advance. The price was competitive the car was immaculate. They made the whole process an enjoyable experience. Well done Francis you have a great team from Mark and Paul in sales, to all your guys behind the scenes. From the initial contact with Mark Morgan Cars were fantastic. An honest description was given & a walk around video sent along with any questions about bringing the car back to the mainland answered the price quoted for delivery was very reasonable too. We opted to fly over to view the car, after a delayed flight time wasn’t on our side & the weather was drawing in, Mark aware of this had a car waiting to collect us when we landed. We had a pleasant journey to their site courtesy of Peter full of friendly chat. The car was inside for us to view over a coffee or two with no pressure to buy, there were absolutely no surprises it was exactly as described unlike some other dealers…. As we were making payment Mark arranged the boat back for us having already filled the car up with petrol at their cost. In summary, a very pleasant, easy transaction. Would I buy from Morgan again? Undoubtedly yes. Would I feel the need to view the car before purchase? No, the car was exactly as described. I would happily recommend to anyone & would buy another car from them without any hesitation.
Edit: My dad bought a sport around june 2020, absolutely loves it. It’s now got its own completely new registration, old one use to be GX64LYR
A huge thank you to all the team at Morgan Cars...helped me purchase my beautiful E63 amg...on my end my licence had expired thus holding up finance etc but the guys treated me with great respect and patience even though the car could have been sold ten times over...can't give this dealership high enough praise ...a special mention to Mark, Paul and Francis.. Please read this as I think you need to know Wow wow wow what an amazing experience this has been from start to finish I saw a car on AutoTrader and it was perfect but unfortunately was is Ireland so I called Morgan motors up and said I was interested in a car they had for sale From the first phone call there was absolute professionalism they were able to advice me how to get to Ireland and they were kind enough to pick us up from the airport and because we were new to the airport they were patient to navigate us to their waiting car We went and saw the car and it was exactly how it was described and better there was not car salesman pushing us into making a decision on the car we were able to look around the car and paper work and then drive the car at our own pace If you are looking for a car check these guys out their cars are a very high standard and there support is nothing like we’ve ever experienced from car sales men before The car is perfect Thank you Will definitely be checking these guys out when I need another car in the distant future Thank you
I dealt with Paul while looking at 2017 Range Rover. I travelled from the south and it was well worth the trip. Fabulous cars , great service. Paul could not have been more helpful, lovely guy. Highly recommend Morgan's if you are looking for quality cars. I will be back. Thank you Paul.
I spoke to one of the sales team Mark I think about potentially trading in my Porsche C4S against a Range Rover. Said he would look at value and get back to me later that day. That was circa 2 weeks ago. If there's no deal to be done, just let the customer know. Simple stuff really.
Paid a deposit and was told it was non refundable and then they decide not to sell the vehicle. Getting a refund was an issue with these guys. Please be careful with this company.
