Just been there to tax my car and the lady behind the counter couldn't have been anymore helpful and extremely patient with my incorrect form filling ..thank you so much..
The lady behind the counter was brilliant..I went in for a passport form.and she very helpfully told me about the service they offer.She explained that I can do ev erything from filling the form in,having my foto done and posting it all from one place..I wasn't aware that this is part of the list offices service..So iv made my appointment and I don't have to worry about running around for foto places either..
Always go to moreton posty to get money out and the staff in there are amazing to say the least! The customer service in there is amazing!
Always helpful dealt with my passport application quickly and efficiently. Girls are always busy in there and do a good service to the public.
No wonder people are not going to the Post Office. 3 members of staff on, none serving. A line of people waiting out the door. Only wanted Euros for son to go on holiday. Wont go back!
Went to this once helpful PO and asked to print an EBay label out for a return item Was told that the person who does the printing had taken the printer home and as yet hadn’t brought it back So I returned about a week later and the person was there who told me they can do it but would have to take a photo of it from my phone and there was a charge of £1 As the PO in Princes Avenue, Birkenhead had printed the previous label out free of charge and didn’t need to take any photo Why does this PO charge, and what else can be taken from my phone if I had to link with the employee in this PO Obsurd
Very helpful! Lovely lady on the foreign exchange desk helped me complete my passport renewal application, it was her first job of the day and she couldn't have been more helpful or cheerful! A good experience!

First class "old school" service this morning from the very nice patient and helpful lady who went "above and beyond" in helping me "combine parcels postage" to achieve the best VFM. I would recommend this business unequivocally !!
I’ve used Post Offices around the country but since I’ve moved back to the Wirral this one has been my local Post Office and it’s been the best , the staff are the most helpful when I’m going abroad I get my currency from here , I send parcels etc it’s just an all round perfect Post Office. 10/10 in my book
