I’ve used Post Offices around the country but since I’ve moved back to the Wirral this one has been my local Post Office and it’s been the best , the staff are the most helpful when I’m going abroad I get my currency from here , I send parcels etc it’s just an all round perfect Post Office. 10/10 in my book

If I could give this 0 I would..staff unhelpful and rude always a long wait. The most recent time I went I had the door shut in my face saying it was closed at 16:55 and I'd been wanting outside for 10 mins..

Very helpful! Lovely lady on the foreign exchange desk helped me complete my passport renewal application, it was her first job of the day and she couldn't have been more helpful or cheerful! A good experience!
