First time trying, I can confirm some things I read on other reviews. Number 1. sundae very nice and as stated by restaurant u could indeed throw it down the stairs and it will be okay lol number 2. Nachos, really really nice tho I personally recommend warming up longer than 30secs and 3. Waffle hmmm, I can't decide if it was undercooked or if the texture wasn't for me, either way it tasted nice and there was plenty of it! : overall enjoyed so deffo will get again
Been once and ordered online once both times the orders have been wrong and also missing stuff , the second time I ordered nachos with warm cheese and no jalapeños they came smothered in salsa - soggy - and the cheese was as cold as ice also ordered for delivery an sundae and it was all over the bag by the time the delivery driver got to my home shambles all together wont be back and I'd avoid
Air con in shop broke. Handed a small ice cream for £2.20 that was melting quicker than I could eat it. Asked for a receipt after paying on card, told “we don’t do receipts” I’ll be checking my statement when I’m home.
No option for no stars ordered 4 products tonight 3 sundaes and a tub of chocolate sprinkles to receive a tub of coloured sprinkleswhich I hate this is second time they have sent coloured instead of chocolate what ice cream shop does not have chocolate sprinkles??? 3 sundaes where 1 mint choc chip that was smothered in disgusting Caramel sauce not the usual chocolate or mint sauce and was only half filled with no toppings and 2 chocolate brownie sundaes that where also smothered in Caramel sauce. Tasted like cheap imitation sundaes tbh and went straight in bin after spending near £20 as a may day treat. Ice cream tasted icy and cheap and not the usual morelli flavour and creaminess of ice cream. Definitely gone downhill recently, it's a shame

The ice-cream is great but the service is lacking.
Lovely shop doing much more than just their lovely ice cream. Nachos, share boxes, crepes and bubble waffles. They really got us through lockdown and have a special place in our hearts!
Excellent range of flavours, and very friendly/helpful staff. Their 3-2-1 sundaes are the best.
They have really upped their game over the last year or so and are doing crepes/waffles/milkshakes. They are now doing a few lactose free/vegan options which is great to see. Staff have always been friendly on my visits.
Great and friendly staff, lovely atmosphere and of course amazing ice cream! Had a Belgian waffle with strawberry ice cream and a few fresh strawberries on the side drizzled with chocolate sauce. It was outstanding, would definitely get it again. Well worth the money too!
