Absolute Joke. Tracked delivery to the wrong address nearly 30 houses away, picture clearly shows the wrong address and the GPS location does as well. Delivery was rightfully refused at the door and rather than bring it to the RIGHT address they marked it as refused at the location and sent back to the sender. No way to contact them directly to talk about it and get it brought back to the proper address, instead I now have to wait for the package to make the full journey back to its original location before it can be sent again. Terrible service, do not recommend.
The post man didn’t scan the parcels when collecting, and Royal Mail office didn’t open. So we lost like 10 parcels, which were supposed for other courier. We left the note that it was for Transglobal and still he collected them. It happened a few times and it cost us a lot
Awful new opening times. How are you expected to collect your parcel when you work mornings and can’t have redelivery for the same reason as it will end back up in the same place as no one will be home to except it. 8am-10am is useless. Sort this out please.
Well mannered staff, only downside is the very short opening times. Be sure to check before visiting, definitely not office hours. Conveniently placed on the 156, 93 and 80 bus routes plus the adjoining train station. Off street parking also available outside.
Opening times don’t seem to match the cards I have had through my door on different occasions. Either you need to get more staff to match the cards or maybe get correct timings printed! Have wasted my time going down there and finding out they shut at 1pm when the card stayed 17:30!!
Of course they don't sell stamps, it's a sorting office NOT a post office, for goodness sakes. That aside, collected loads of parcels from there, never had an issue. Friendly helpful staff.
While the opening times are a little odd, I can't fault the staff. They're very polite, dealt with my request quickly and went out of their way to help the customer ahead of me. I will definitely come back here.
Can you please amend the website to reflect the reduced opening times. It's so frustrating. I now have to get to you at 7 am to pick up my parcel before I go to work. Why are you still on reduced hours?
Checked the web page for opening times for a Friday 8am-10am got there at 8.15am & found door locked closed & sign on door turned to 'closed'. Opening Times Poster on door stated the same as the web page 8am-10am. No means to raise attention to those inside the building that a customer is outside wanting their services.
I want to know the hours they are open and they are not on line. I also would not know from the card left whete my parcel had gone if I had not collecyed parcels before. The card left stating returned to depot should have the adress of depot and opening timesNegativeResponsiveness
