Guitar, Bass & Ukulele Lessons in Elgin. Teaching all levels from the age of 7yrs and up.

Story

Learning with Moray Music Lessons is fun and educational. Learn to play your favourite songs on the guitar, bass or ukulele while learning about all the core musical elements like time (pulse), rhythm, sound quality and musical character, so that you learn to play your instrument the best you possibly can at any level. Our students are encouraged to play as much as possible. So with that in mind, students can study towards an exam, or even join our Ukulele Club or Rock Band Classes, so there is always something to focus on or aim for.

Lessons are really easy to book from week to week. All you have to do is select a time slot which suits you from our booking calendar at www.moraymusiclessons.com/book-a-lesson. We offer 1-to-1 tuition and we also have group lessons that can run in the evenings. If you've always wanted to play but never tried, contact us today and see about arranging a lesson. Our lessons are held at 5 Thunderton Place in Elgin.

Our daughters love Moray Music! It’s their happy place…Fraser for guitar and Tom for drums, they love every moment because it’s fun! In a short space of time, thanks to Tom & Fraser, they can jam together and every week they come home buzzing with some new tricks up their sleeves. Tom is a great guitar teacher. He’s helped me progress a lot and always tailors his lessons to what you want to be learning, giving very useful suggestions on how to improve your technique and style of play. A very nice guy who always makes you feel incredibly comfortable in his lessons.
Our daughter has been going to Tom for about 2 years. She is coming on great with her guitar, then decided she fancied a go with the ukulele, which is going even better. Tom has a great way with the kids. Jess really enjoys going every week he makes the lesson fun.
Tom Morris at Moray Music lessons is a fantastic guitar teacher. Our boys have had lessons once a week for 18mths have really progressed in ability and confidence. They have performed at small local gigs and music nights and really look forward to their lessons. We would definitely recommend Moray Music lessons.

Absolutely awesome! Very friendly and most importantly, down earth. Lessons are based around what I want to focus on, not what a book or grade says I should be doing...which I’ve had elsewhere! Tutors don’t hesitate to go the extra mile outside of lessons either, I can’t recommend Moray Music Lessons enough.
Fantastic tutor who has a lot of patience with children. Offers pupils the opportunity to perform on stage in front of people too to help build their confidence. Highly recommend Tom!
