There were no courses available on the date we wanted, my daughter's birthday but Moorland Adventure laid on a session for us. Both novices, we didn't know what to expect but had the most amazing time. Our instructor was both friendly and experienced and tailored the abseil to our skill level and included some climbing too! 
Really I couldn't rate this experience highly enough and would urge anyone to try a session. Teggs Nose is the most scenic location, the instruction is informative and friendly and totally mindful of safety.  As if that wasn't enough it's great fun.  What more could you want?
