Painful. Sounded great at the start, had two meetings and fully disclosed the scope of works, invoices came in considerably higher than quoted. Everything was an extra. Biggest issue was lack of communication. Returns left to last minute unnecessarily. Even when we gave notice to leave it took several unanswered calls and emails over a month for them to acknowledge receipt, no apology or explanation for the issues and fines. 4 months on I am still trying to retrieve our QuickBooks account which QB are categoric is a Moores mistake. We were with our previous accountant for 15+years before he retired, now have to change again within 2 years. Such a shame as they are nice people on a personal level, just let down by the lack of performance.

Professional people  who are easy to communicate with. Many specialists in one office so you can get most queries sorted. I enjoy being able to work with the same people year after year.
