Beautiful golf course, the first 5 holes or so were particularly stunning! I don't think I've hit as many tee shots as spectacular as the 2nd! The course was in great condition too. The only thing is that it took for ever to play. Even as a fourball, we waited 5-10 mins on every tee shot and then again to the greens...seemed to be the whole course as the group on front were waiting too. In the end we walked off after 13 having taken 4hrs 10 mins...
I liked it here so much we have made it home for a while. I love the beach, the golfcourses the history, the selection of shops, pubs and places to eat. The access to Aberdeen and dundee is great. Underrated in my opinion

We had the best time! From checking in at the pro shop to a great round of golf, this is a lovely place. There is a good selection of golf wear in the pro shop and the folks there are wonderful.
This course has a raw beauty, knitting wonderfully into the natural landscape. It’s a tough challenge off the back tees but a joy to play. The newly refurbished clubhouse is fabulous and the staff in the bar and pro shop were very welcoming. I would highly recommend playing here and perhaps spending a few days trying out a few other excellent courses in the area.
