I paid for an order that they are not releasing because they thought it may look fraudulent. I paid. They are not sending the order. It's days of back and forth emails. They are not picking up the customer service line phone. I will not order from the UK branch of this company again obviously. My oldest running jacket is Montane so I do like the brand. I just don't have this kind of time to waste.
Contacted Montane for a fault on my partners trousers. They were very helpful and gave me a return label, sent them off and they fixed them and sent them back all within a week, an amazing customer service and company. Thank you
I own many montane products but this wolf jacket is my latest. Really warm and vibrant, the usual top quality.
Had an issue with faulty product and it was soon swiftly dealt with after contacting Head Office
