Only 4 stars as its the first visit, however the place was very organised and well stocked easily accessible parking and for disabled. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, not sure on any major savings as most things looked to be full price, but it's definitely worth a look in.
More expensive than retail outlets. So we just went and bought a Spirit Lite Jacket for £156.00 reduced from £260.00. Bargain , we thought. Until we got home and looked up the price against outdoor retailers … there were at ward 3 others selling it cheaper.nI’d say by putting Factory Shop and then charging more you are obtaining people’s hard earned cash by deceptive means. Please avoid !!!! You have been warned they are ripping us off !!
Great, well stocked shop. Staff were friendly and provided care instructions for my purchases. Lots of sample products at big discounts. Online website could be better but lucky to have this shop localish to me!- so this isn't an issue.
Friendly knowledgeable staff, easy to find and plenty of parking.nGreat savings and range of stock but can be limited in some sizes, that is to be expected I guess.nWell worth a visit if you're anywhere near.
I get loads from here too much and often find bargains as luckily I am near the sample size range. Recently had issues with a fleece that went weird and I had bought two at different times. The guys did loads of tests and helped find a resolution way beyond expectations. Super helpful and knowledgeable and very fairly treated.nI was impressed as I was so nervous they were gonna fob me off but nope. Totally looked after :-
