2 is because of the prices only!*nnThe staff are absolutely lovely and the shop itself is very modern, so no issues there at all. The problem is calling it a factory shop. I used to visit when it actually was a proper factory shop in the old location, and the prices back then genuinely reflected that. Since the move, it started off with decent savings, but now the prices are the same as outlet stores – if not more expensive.nnI’ve just been in the Lakes and picked up a few items at Gaynor Sports for cheaper than they were here. That’s crazy – their own store should always be the cheapest place to buy Montane.nnSuch a shame, because I used to love coming here and would drive from Sunderland specially, as I did today. Unfortunately, I won’t be doing that anymore.
Just visited with my parents. We were really impressed by the stock and variety of styles and sizes available. Really good discounts and plenty of bargains to be had. The staff were helpful and friendly
Only 4 stars as its the first visit, however the place was very organised and well stocked easily accessible parking and for disabled. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, not sure on any major savings as most things looked to be full price, but it's definitely worth a look in.
I love this place, I have kitted out the family in jackets, gloves and hats. The discount is really good.
Thought the staff were really helpful and knowledgeable, especially a guy called Lewis. He found a great deal on a jacket for me.
