i had an operation to my foot by the rockingham day ward by an fantastic and amazing dr kapoor a podiatrist . the nurses and staff of the orthapeadic and elective ward were very polite . curtious . and beautiful people. the. anethasists were. amazing. made you feel very relaxed .and the. theatre nurses were amazing afterwards
Been here for 2 hour and we haven’t been seen at all. The staff are constantly on there phone. I’ve asked how long it’s going to be the staff replied “itll take as long as it takes” what type of professional says that. The waiting room has about 8-10 people in. Worst hospital in the area
Brilliant hospital and always get seen pretty quickly! Today I went to ENT seen by Mr O Mulla think that was his name I have to say he was very good, went into so much detail and depth and reassured me so much. I felt so much better after seeing him, such a lovely chap and being nice and compassionate really does go a long way when you've been worried for so long. Thankyou so much
Had day surgery at Rockingham. All staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. It was a calm environment where I felt comfortable and not nervous for my first ever surgery. It was also very clean on the ward. My husband was allowed to stay with me after admissions while I waited for my surgery and they went to get him as soon as I was back on the ward, which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend to anyone having similar surgery. Thank you to all, especially Gez and Mr Lee.
Rule female staff working in the small minor injuries unit, STAY AWAY… Brown headed nurse comes across both uncaring sarcastic, and very unprofessional. She have no Empathy, very confrontational andnnot one caring bone in their body.nnAlso I never got a chance to get a word in edgeways, without being spoken down too or continuously interrupted by her.nnAnd even while I was trying to explain what happened to me… she was telling I’m wrong. And replied with I’ve been doing this a long time!!! breakdown in communication… highly unprofessional and very rule one nurse with the dark hair was just dreadful
