Welcoming & nice staff, lovely atmosphere, food was absolutely amazing and it totally breaks my stereotype of vegan food. However one thing need to mention that this pub is quite popular, so it might take a bit longer to serve your food.
Good value vegan cafe serving main meals as well as small plates and starters. The beetroot and 'feta' salad was tasty and a good portion size for £6. Lots of spaced out tables though this did mean it wasn't that cosy. Also my soy milk curdled in my coffee but that's my fault for not choosing oat milk.
The music was nice, it was a little bit cold, it didn't seem to have heating. In general a chilled place with many options to eat and drink. Mono is open all day. Overall I would recommend Mono! Kid-friendliness: Yes. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.
I went on a hot, sunny day so outside was packed, but inside was fairly quiet, but cool. I kept it simple with the quarter pounder and a margherita. The burger might not have been the most aesthetic but it was very delicious along with the chips. The pavlova looked great but was a bit overpriced for what you get. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all, a very nice place and would come again.
Fantastic vegan Mac n cheese I always get the mini version as it’s still a lot of food but I can’t eat adult sized meals my fiancé can and he got the pizza which he enjoyed! He’s had the burger from here before as well. Nice friendly staff. However it does always take a while to get the bill whenever we visit here which can be annoying when you have somewhere to be but apart from that this place is amazing for vegan food and whenever I visit I still come here
Stopped in for dinner and drinks on a nice warm evening in Glasgow. Service was friendly and quick and we had a couple of nice tasty dishes and beer. Sat outside in the front and enjoyed the ambience. Would visit again if back in Glasgow one day.
We ate lunch outside on a Tuesday - it was relatively busy outside but I can’t comment on inside. The service was quite quick but the food took about 40 mins to arrive - not ideal when one of us was on a work lunch break. The Reuben sandwich and to-fish tacos were enjoyed. The Mac cheese was ok - fake cheese shouldn’t be grilled though, see the photo - and the MFC was a good portion size. For £50, we got 2 sides, 2 mains, a wine and a half pint - for that, I felt slightly underwhelmed. That said, it’s a good option for vegans and veggies - but I don’t personally understand the hype and all the amazing reviews.
All vegan restaurant and bar with a good selection for food and drinks. The staff are friendly and happy to help. The food way FANTASTIC, with a good range of items to chose from on the menu. The kinds are on the pricy side, on par with more city central venues, but not extortionate. It's an LGBTQIA+/Queer friendly space without being an exclusive queer space. Includes gender neutral toilets.
Very easy to park and we really enjoyed our food, we ordered a Wild Mushroom and truffle pizza , Kofte Kebab and the famous Mac and cheese for our 14 month old son and he also loved his food. * Staff were absolutely great and very welcoming, however they were short staffed and the cafe was very busy. There were only 2 people members of staffs dealing with at least 30 customers, which we felt sorry for them hence why you lost a . *The desert was ABIT of let down. They barely had anything available to try but we found something else in the end to order and it was really good. We would definitely recommend this, as the food and service were great.
Amazing vegetarian and vegan food for both sweet and savoury options! Lovely staff too! I’ll definitely be back :
