I rang 4 days in advance to book my car in for a mot, I got told to bring it in for 8:30am which I did as I wanted my car back in the morning. 
I arrived and got told it would be 1 ish! I tentavily agreed and left my car. I called up at 12:20 to see if everything was on track to be told it hasn't been started yet and it would not be ready for 2ish!! Really poor service. 
Took it to outrams who fitted it in right away.

Whilst here on holiday popped in on the off chance that someone could have a look at my car as it wasn't  running right. Took it in there & then and loaned me a car for the night. Got car back following day, absolutely brilliant friendly service and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend ☺☺☺☺☺
