So after years of using this chemist the staff were always nice apart from most of the previous pharmacists ,  but went in today dreading it as it was mostly attitude, but omg the wee young guy who's the new pharmacist was so nice. He actually asked how I was even though he new my name but never met me. He genuinely cares about the customers .  So true that a smile and kindness goes a long way. Awful service. Waiting 10+ days for a repeat prescription now with no information on when it will be available. Supply has now run out to be told there’s nothing they can do but I can “try again tomorrow”  Also two staff members just chatting to each other and when one asked how she could help the other interrupted me to continue her conversation.

Previous reviews say it all really. Unsympathetic, unapologetic staff who deliberately keep you waiting if you dare to question why they failed to obtain your repeat prescription, twice. Will be raising an official complaint with the health board and encourage others to do the same because it's clear my experience is far from unique. Avoid at all costs.

The slowest pharmacy I have ever experienced. Over forty minutes to fill a simple prescription - even though the place was very quiet. You will be told it is a ten minute wait, but in reality it is over four times as long.  The staff are generally not friendly either.  I will not be back.

STAY AWAY, GO ELSEWHERE. The staff here are the rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting, they were so cheeky I've never been back. Check out the picture of 3 identical jars of honey, 1 is nearly double the price of the other 2, on display right in front of the till, that's how dumb these staff are. Hopefully it'll be sorted out now, this is a pharmacy after all, not a farmer's shop.

Worst pharmacy in the area Whilst we all appreciate the current difficulties, it does not give the staff a right to be rude. One time with just 2 customers and 7 staff 4 of whom seem to be just having a nice natter I waited 40 minutes. When I politely asked if there was a problem as I had been waiting so long. I was told that maybe I should wait outside for my order as the staff do not tolerate abuse. If anything I felt as if I was the one being abused. I swiftly changed my pharmacy, never to step foot in there again

I've been using them for a year, went to pick up prescription for inhaler I had ordered and because my gp hadn't sent it up they are saying because I'm not a usual customer they won't give me one although I've been using for a year. Bad on a Saturday it is not a controlled drug and is onnmu repeat list. They also have lost the other side of it. Pharmacist and staff really uncaring and incompetent.

Pathetic service. My prescription was sent to this Pharmacy and I went in to collect it. The old woman behind the counter said my name is not in their system. Told me to phone 111. I wasted 90 mins on hold and have to go more than 24 hours without my medication and a sleepless night. After all that, it turns out my medicine was in the pharmacy and they just couldn’t be bothered checking and doing their job right.

My wife was told to come back in an hour for two prescriptions. Couldn't supply one of the items. The loudmouth pharmacist said when I complained to go elsewhere . Very rude

This is definitely the worst most unhelpful chemist's in Coatbridge! After taking a prescription to the counter I was told prescriptions are taking 20 minutes, I said that I would come back in 30 minutes. On my return the prescription hadn't even been started, but I got the usual wonderful excuse that it was being checked. What a load of utter lies, I watched them start putting it together as I was waiting. After waiting another 10 minutes they couldn't provide 1 item then were short on another.  The pharmacist is one of the most arrogant unhelpful people that I have ever came across. This place seriously needs to get it's customer service back on track.
