Been buying my sons uniform from here for 3 years now and never had a bad experience, they are always professional and always try to help if they don't have something I'm looking for. The iron-on name labels are also great quality, they're still firmly stuck on after 6 months which is more than can be said for other places I've had them from! Keep up the great work
Everything under one roof. Quality uniforms and plenty of attentive and well mannered staff to take care of the customer. A little expensive but guess quality has a price. Daughter excited to start at BRGS in September with all her gear ready in one 30 minute visit.
Rochdale branch, excellent service! Recently contact the Rochdale branch Monkhouse shop about an Explorers shirt for my son that I was struggling to get hold of. I spoke to Nicole Brierley, not only did she manage to get hold of one but also in time for my son's next Explorers session, she went above and beyond and was so accommodating and helpful. Cannot recommend them enough. They're doing a fab job. So refreshing to get this level of customer service.
Monkhouse School Wear is an essential provider of local school uniforms. The prices are reasonable and the quality good. The staff are friendly and do all they can to help, which is important, especially when your child is starting school and there is so much to do and organise.
Absolutely disgraceful. Put in a uniform order on the 13th August. Still haven’t received it! A £150+ order. They can’t give it me out of the shops stock, and they won’t refund me because apparently it’s nothing to do with them. Avoid this place!!!!
I went today and the sales assistant wasn't friendly at all. Have never had any problems with this store before but the sales assistant was so unhelpful in the high school department. Not great customer service.
Happy with the product and purchase today ! Although not happy with waiting 2 days to reach my appointment time and then only to see that another customer walks in without an appointment and even being asked if they had one by a member of staff ! So not happy about the shop not following its own rules at this covid time!Phewww!!
First time I've bought uniform from here as my son has changed schools. The staff are very helpful and polite. I found the uniform to be top quality and washes very well
Went for grandsons uniform for his big school, staff were fantastic,so helpful and friendly
Really helpful staff. Had most of what we needed and ordered the rest. Set time for collection is a bit of a pain but understandable in current situation
