The best soft play centre we've been to right at our doorstep in Rossendale! The kids loved everything about Monkey Playland from the huge slide in the soft play area to the inflatable zone and bumper cars. We had lunch which was delicious, the menu is varied, good value for money and caters for a halal diet which was a bonus. The dessert bar looked great too. The children had a milkshake which was yummy. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. A great day out for the family, would highly recommend.
Wow absolutely amazing place. From going in to the end the staff were outstanding, Very helpful, professional, polite and bent over backwards to help us. Nothing was a problem for them. They went above and beyond. The staff cared when my little one was scared on a ride and then later went back on it and loved it. The lovely lady said my little one was loving it now and getting used to it. All staff behind the counter, on the rides, the manager and the party planner caitlin were wonderful. I can't thank them enough. The food was amazing, they even do gluten free food too. I had chips only but there was other choices available. Lovely party section too. Will definitely be back thank you so much for a wonderful day x
After attending a birthday party in January my son really wanted his 8th birthday party here too. Easy to book, good price, and great communication. The children attending were almost all SEN children so the party area where they could come and go from was so much better than other venues where they're funnelled into a small room and have to wait for food then go home.nWe had 2 party assistants, Leah and Skye who couldn't have been more helpful and lovely to deal with. A brilliant experience and we will no doubt be back again!
Great play centre. Came with 5 & 2 year old. Lots to do. Although the Carpark very busy the place is very big and we’ll equipped. Haven’t eaten but food looks good and the staff work non stop to keep it clean and tidy.nnThey have the extra activities at the back which are great aswell.
Absolutely OUTSTANDING! We visit regularly with our son and always have a great time so we decided to hold his birthday party there. The whole experience was fantastic! Everything was taken care of by their friendly team, who were all really polite and helpful, from the set up to the food and even the clean up after, very well organised and they even cut the birthday cake for us. The owner is a great guy and clearly takes a lot of pride in the place and the facilities they available for the kids. It's always outstandingly clean, the rides are safe, it's very well supervised by staff and the food is great. I honestly can't praise them enough and I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a kids party venue.
