Depending on your circumstances, there are a number of solutions which help you to pay your debts in a more manageable way. We will asses your income and expenditure in order to advise what your net steps could be. We aim to reduce your monthly payments in line with what you can afford.

Our services include the standard products such as debt management plans and IVAs. However, we also believe in helping you in long-run and therefore offer further services to help make life more affordable.

My initial phone call was with a lovely gentleman by the name of Alastair and he then transferred me to his colleague Matt. Matt has been very helpful, transparent, professional and understanding regarding my situation and found me the best option to deal with my current situation. He was on hand to answer any questions I had and I would recommend Money Plus, Matt, Alastair and his colleagues to anyone needing help. Great work guys
Jack was just amazing, he was calm and patient and he went through everything with me slowly. He managed to go through my finances with me and I didn’t feel judged. This allowed him to come up with a suitable plan for me and he also reassured me with the success rate which was really reassuring
I actually haven’t gone ahead with a debt management plan however I have noticed the tactics and would advise people to stay away and try your best to solve the debt before agreeing to a dmp or find an alternative advisor. On a phone call that was supposed to set up my dmp I noticed how they spoke very very quickly over terms and conditions and conveniently the line wasn’t clear during this. I had to ask the guy to repeat certain things. Once terms and conditions was over I noticed that the guy on the phone spoke a lot slower and it was clearer to hear. I’ve seen other reviews where they state the payments they weren’t aware of, my guess is that they have legal rights to say it on the phone but do it so quick that it’s hard to understand but legally they have told you so it’s down to you if can’t hear them clearly. I understand people have had good reviews so by all leaks if you’re willing to try you can but I would advise people to make sure they completely understand what they’re getting into, I didn’t go ahead with it in the end as it seemed a bit fishy to me. Gave 3 stars as customer service was good and reachable. However they do hassle you a lot and won’t stop ringing ya phone.
Absolutely absurd customer service and treatment from Money Plus. I took out a DMP with this company 15 years ago, have never missed a single payment confirmed by them and after a review that was way overdue as they hadn’t bothered to complete one in 5yrs, but then chased me the last 3 months, I was told as I had no disposable income my plan would close in 30 days’ time and to basically call a debt advise line! I obviously asked for the matter to be escalated to a manager with a call back within 24hrs. This is yet to happen, yet they managed to email to sign a documentnot done within 15 mins of the phone call. I am seeking alternative advise and they have already advised this is not the correct procedure. After yes 15 years of a miss sold DMP I have been chucked out so to speak for no reason whatsoever! Shocking service, please avoid at all costs! If i could give no stars i would.
A massive shoutout to Rav! He could tell from the start how cautious I was to talk about any problem I had but he was so understanding put my mind at ease on everything and a huge weight has been lifted. Made it easy to talk about any issues or concerns I had and gave timeframes on when I could pay off any debts he was an absolute superstar!! Thank you again Rav you deserve a pay rise #bemorerav
I was speaking to Josh today and He’s customer service is 5 star. He explained everything in details. He also explained pros and cons in options that were available. Again I’m impressed 10/10 Thanks Josh :
Do not recommend! The company kept putting money in the wrong account and ended up double paying one creditor whilst not paying another. When I asked about it I was told not to worry and someone would call me back. No one ever rings back or messages back on the online chat. You give them money and they will ignore you. The only time you will hear from them is if there is an issue with payment. Lost count the amount of times they gave me bad advice and caused my situation to worsen. No idea why money ended up in the wrong accounts. I left my plan after months of chasing them for always messing up the plan. £45 a month in fees out of a £100 p/m payment. They will tell you this is for specialist advice but the fact is you won't ever receive good advice. You will never leave debt or get answers with this company - stay away. There are free services out there - please use them.

The communication with this company is nothing short of atrocious. The messaging service seems to be operated by a teenager who thinks the shorter and more vague the answer the better. I logged 2 complaints with them but received a copy and paste answer to 1 complaint - unfortunately this was a completely different complaint to either of those I had made. Beyond ludicrous.
