Who is your customer service lady, the rudest B! Speaks so downgrading and as if one is dumb for applying for a loan. It's really pathetic, do better
AWFUL!!! I felt humiliated at having to go there to be met by an ogre on reception. I managed to get to see someone and she was worse than useless!!! If you're on benefits or don't speak English and want MORE out of the system, this is the place to go!! It would appear they don't know how to help people like me in work on a zero hour contract! with a sudden change of circumstances!! I left in disgust!! Will never set foot in there again!!!
This is a great team. We attended drop in session on Wednesday and once we were in the system they settled our matter for us. Keep up the good help and support you provide.
Useless,,twice now appointment was made and nobody phoned me,also shredded my original letters and sent me back photocopies which i cant use,need to find other company thats more professional in their attitude to helping me
Absolutely no help at all. No appointments available until May, by which time the debt collectors will be involved. Had heard good things about Money Matters but obviously they are understaffed.
This place has really went down hill you call ask for the name of person who's help you fill in forms for years and the womam on the desk who doesn't speak very good English has refuse to give it on a few occasions now how are people ment to get help she there
Always top drawer service lovely people that do their best to help with problems give great advice I would've been lost without them!
The blond skinny women is horrible. She treated me unfairly. She thinks she is a lawyer the way she acted but unfortunately just a receptionist.
