Absolutely gutted. 2 hours on a Tuesday night. Delivery alone took 45 min for 15 min journey and the delivery guy wasn't able to give a proper reason for it. The worst is food had to be eaten cold. Ordered a fried chicken instead hot fried chips with few chicken bites. What a nightmare service.
Probably one of the worst takeaways we have had. The only thing decent was that it was hot. Starters where tasteless, the chicken tikka in the main was definitely not fresh chicken more like pre packed chicken, nan breads also tasteless could not taste any garlic on it even though we ordered garlic nan basically 80% of our meal went in the bin. Won't be going back or recommending.
The most disgusting food! I have never been so horrified by a takeaway. Vile! Nasty! Do yourself a favour and eat your money it'll taste better.
*edit pics will not upload* Ordered a doner sizzler box with this description……..Cut up premium Donner Kebab Meat sliced, Sizzle Fried with Peppers & Onions. Served on a Naan, comes with choice of Dip, small pot of Masala or Madras Sauce……. See pic of what I actually got, got a box of normal dried up doner meat on the bread rang up and was told I had to ask for the peppers and onions, even though there’s not even an option to select them, explained this and spoke to the manager, who was helpful and offered me a part refund, left a voicemail that night as they were busy and would sort my refund out on Tuesday when the opened back up, heard nothing since and will not return And the chips were absolutely awful too…. Molded chips with the order. After having my phone call ignored 5 times I eventually got through to a member of staff who reassured me they where "cooked fresh" which is definitely not true. I was then promised a phone call from "the owner" which still hasn't happened. Couldn't even eat the rest of my food after finding that
I won a 25 meal on Facebook of them Itwas the best Indian meal I have ever had would recommend them
Fantastic service and delicious food! We ordered takeaway for delivery and there was a mistake made with our order. Rang up and they were apologetic, super fast re-delivery of the correct order with a few added extras thrown in as an apology. We had curry pizzas and they were divine. Will definitely be ordering from here again.
Absolutely stinking! Whats happened to this place???? RAW MEAT!! Wants closed down daylight robbery sending food out.
Absolutely awful service. Food didn't even come, waited 2 hours before trying to speak to them. Giving them a chance incase they were busy. Only for their phone lines to be turned off and uncontactable. Never ordering again and will be reporting to Just eat. Thanks for nothing Momins.
They have the new Bombay street wraps out omg there so nice they are massive couldn't eat it all I would recommend them to anyone just must try them from Margaret xx
