Was pleasantly surprised to find a warranty company that were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist me. The claims engineer talked me through the claims process and dealt directly with my repairer in a professional manner. Cant thank them enough for assisting me and taking the pressure off me when getting my car repaired.

Can't believe these cowboys are still around! I brought a used car a few years ago, with the added warranty price. Warranty provided by Momentum. What a headache. So many different things actually went wrong with the car during the 6 month warranty period. For one reason or another they didn't cover one single issue. Before even explaining an issue to them, they were always quick to say 'computer says no' and were unwilling to assess a single thing. It's already stressful enough needing your car repaired without dragging the process out at the hands of these clowns. Do yourself a favour, set the money aside for repairs and don't go with them or get a refund. I got a partial refund. It should have been full, as I shouldn't have had to pay for the months where they actually did or covered nothing. Also, never been so disgusted with a service like theirs. 3 years on and I still never forget just how terrible they were.

Have dealt with Momentum Warranties now for over 10 years, my experiences with them are positive and I feel I have a good working relationship. There has been some instances whereby we may have small disagreements but these are very few. I'm more than happy to continue in a working relationship with them supporting my customers in any instance of something going wrong after sales. The relationship is good and I've had many instances of customers thanking me for the support they've provided. Kevin KMT Cars

I have a Lexus IS220d and within 5 days of purchase and warranty inception the EGR Valve failed. I called Momentum, and talk about a rigmarole! I was told that " It was to soon from the warranty start date " to claim. I thought the whole point of a warranty was to cover mechanical breakdown from the beginning, after all that is what is printed within their handbook. After innumerable phone calls to a rather abrupt staff member they finally agreed to pay out after accepting that they did not have a leg to stand on. Momentum Warranties, " We'll do our best to get out from having to pay out " Do not waste your money.

Found the process very straightforward and was pleasantly surprised at the ease of putting in a claim for my dashboard that had gone Paid me quickly as well which was appreciated
