I sent an email via their website “contact link” regarding the purchase and delivery flowers on behalf of Queen Elizabeth II. I am from Ohio, US and was having difficulty placing an order. I wanted to work with a local London florist. The many other florists in the area had reasonably priced hand-tied bouquets; however, the delivery charge was as much as the floral arrangement. Within 20 minutes of my email, I heard back from Adam, the shop General Manager and he assured me that I could handle all of this online and delivery was only 7 Euros. Because it was an international transaction, my bank would not allow the credit card go through security fraud. I emailed Adam back , he responded within minutes and mentioned not to worry, this happens often with the bank security systems and sent me a link where I could pay it, which I did. I immediately received confirmation, as well as notification the next morning that the flowers had been delivered l. What a joy to work with a reputable establishment 3,000 miles away to deliver a quality product and my heartfelt message upon the death of the Queen. Thank you again Adam. I have friends who live in London and I will highly recommend you!

I live in the Unites States, and my best friend just moved to London for work. It was her birthday shortly after she moved so I wanted to send her flowers.
