Used Mole Engineering to install garden drainage to help sort out our waterlogged garden. The work involved the installation of French drains and a pump to discharge the collected water down a drain. I received an initial estimate without a site visit, which was then followed up by a survey to find the ideal location of drains and pump based on my garden conditions and environment. From initial contact to finish of work everyone was knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Work started and completed as agreed and the garden looked as if it hadn't been touched on completion. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Very efficient and helpful, Did a very professional job with our garden.  The Team who came were lovely and very respectful of our property. Would highly recommend.

I asked for advice and an estimate to drain my lawn, measuring slightly less than 2.59m x 2.89m, (less than 7.5 sq metres). I added that we're on clay soil and that there's a drain right next to the lawn. They didn't bother to arrange a visit (they're only 5 miles away from me) but sent me an estimate based on viewing my property on Google Earth. The estimate was for £2,071 excluding tax! I wrote back and queried this figure but they didn't even bother to reply. The most likely explanation is that they're not interested in my small job but the sheer lack of manners and professionalism is unbelievable.
