They don't answer the phone or listen to their voice messages so don't bother leaving one!nnUpdate: 4th October.nThank you for responding on here and I appreciate your reasons, however it is several weeks ago I left the voice message and as a business it surely is paramount to have a working phone line. There was no problem leaving the message.  Due to the delay in your replying to my original message, I am now past the return date to have a full refund and i no longer have the receipt as had given up.  Is this something you would still honour?

Staff always helpful.   Shame about the small car parking spaces seeing as most people who shop there have 4x4's
