A great selection of pet food here bought some bits for the rats and fish. They have some local produce as well and some practical clothing. Mostly geared towards farmers but you can find household items in bulk like washing machine liquid or fabric conditioner.
Well laid out store. Great choice of items. Cafe was nice but a bit laid out all over the place which ment people were waiting to get service and tables were not clear after people have left. Staff were friendly but not over helpful apart from one gent who worked in the stores out the back. Sorry I didn't get your name.....we also ended up coming home with a couple Silkie chickens for pets....from the hen house farm. Who have a pop up store there every second Saturday of the month
Placed an order online and had two delivery options. I chose the more expensive one @£7.49 called in bold ‘Next Day Delivery. Expensive for a cardigan but needed it for weekend. Well it didn’t turn up next day and when I enquired about it was told if I read their webpage for delivery it says can be 1-2 days. So why call it next day and charge a premium if it’s not next day. ’. So just Beware if you need it urgently.
A good range of barbour and other country clothing. Prices were higher than I'd have liked so cut back on my purchases. Not very busy at the time of my visit. Adequate parking space. Staff helpful and friendly
We had brilliant service when buying goods through the Yard Sales. The ability to drive up to stock and load is perfect, and the staff were very helpful.nThe shops themselves are a treasure trove of pretty much everything you need living here in rural Devon with animals and land to manage.
