Why is the bus used for service 88 not suitable for elderly or disabled passengers? As this service covers Marks & Spencer and Sainsbury in Broughty Ferry it is reasonable to expect that the majority of customers will be older or less able physically so why provide a bus with 4/5 very steep steps at the entrance/exit and no access for disabled users.
Drivers should remember that standing at a public bus station, means members of the public can hear them! Nice of them to judge by looks who gets to board their bus. Three of your staff do not stop for passengers if, in their opinion, the person looks like a 'junkie'. I only caught one name, not sure if he was one of them but, "Starkey" in particular has some disgusting opinions about the less fortunate. I will be passing on details of this incident to local substance abuse charities, let them know their clients better improve their appearance if they want to use a Moffat bus.
Our Driver Alan Gordon PIEMAN was great. Full of banter, jokes and plenty of songs. Alan was full of local knowledge and kept us all entertained. Coach was spotless. Would book another trip if we knew he was going to be driving.
there are 2 or 3 buses travelling west along the A913 to Newburgh at around 7.45 each morning. They are often driven by budding formula1 drivers: too fast and too aggressive, especially through Newburgh main street where no appreciation for oncoming traffic is given.
Have been as good as called a liar whe i called having been knocked off my bike close to my home. Broken ribs and shooken up. Was told that the cctv on the bus didn’t show me falling but how could it when the bus was so far away when i fell.a concered lady tuned her car to come back an see how i was having witnessed what happened. Was so badly spoken to by senior management.

Shocking the way these busses are driven countless times caught them on rathilet to cupar road flying in the middle leaving no room for incoming traffic and all they do is stick the finger up at you very disgusting behaviour
I waited 25 minutes for the bus. This is 25 minutes after it was supposed to be there, there was other people waiting with me but they all gave up. I phoned the company to ask where the bus was, they said it had broken down and it would be 10-15 minutes late. 30 minutes later the bus I was waiting for drove past me.
Great business, great drivers and well worth a call for a private hire job
