Very happy with the service from Modelsport, they're quick, I love the frequency and how your order gets updated during it's processing and customer service is brilliant. Always answsered my questions properly and been very helpful when I had a question about a part. Their way of ordering 'backordered' parts is quick too compared to other shops. Will be using them for years to come.
Just my experience; staff are quite happy to ignore you while you wait a long time, letting people go before you when your rc cars are clearly in view on the counter and I've been sat down, where it's hasn't been busy. Even on the phone I was told sternly, 'you should make yourself known,'ring the counter bell and' lots of people spend money here , such combative rhetoric customer service.nnStaff are very happy to sell you a lot and tell what you should be doing, but lack customer service skills, advising when they can actually assist or the best course of action. The majority of staff seem not happy to see you. I've wasted a lot of my free time here and never felt like my custom is actually appreciated. Fortunately I've found a more helpful rc shop for the future.

Travelled from sheffield to get my new car today very nice man sorted me out with en epic car could spend loads here from my tamiya fox days lol love it will call again or order off line very nice place
