Needed a quick pit stop while in Borehamwood. Amazing range of options for all diets. I'm dairy free/vegan and was really pleased with the dairy free cheese and range of plant-based topping choices, which ranged from conventional (onion, sweetcorn) to unusual (roasted cauliflower, chickpeas). There is a similarly large range of meat/dairy-based toppings too. You can load up your pizza with unlimited toppings all for one set price (£7.70 or so). Pizza was delivered to table in 5-10 minutes and tasted hot and fresh. It wasn't huge but was great value  for a substantial lunch and could be paired with a salad or side for dinner. Staff were friendly and polite, relaxed without being lazy.  Great space with an awesome playlist of rock and indie music. Thank you mod pizza!

Visited on a Sunday evening with a friend and her two children. The format is a choose your pizza toppings & any extras, pay & then fill up your drinks from a choose your own soda mix type machine. 
The kids loved mixing the drinks and the unlimited refills were great. The restaurant is child friendly & on the day I went, there were lots of balloons to give it that McDonald's factor. Staff were good with the kids.
It was pretty much down hill from there. Pizza dough was way too thin & I usually like a thin base. The tomato sauce base was bland & unloved. My dish was limited as I only eat vegetarian cheese & only two cheeses fitted that bill & they were dull. In fact the soft drinks were the only palatable part of the meal.
Much like the food, the restaurant has zero atmosphere. It's certainly not cozy & in much the same was as McDonald's in the bad old days, even the balloons don't jazz up this cold bland establishment.

Tasty pizza with quality ingredients. The staff is always amazing, very helpful and very nice ready for a fast service. If you fancy a light meal Mod can be your choice and it's a healthier choose than a normal pizza. Not to mention the incredible garlic strips. The restaurant is clean and family friendly.

Great food and great atmosphere! I like being able to see my pizza being made. The refillable drinks selection was a great bonus too. The only warning I could give possible customers is: the mini pizza is indeed very mini. Other than that, I would definitely visit again!

The MOD Pizza in Borehamwood is really good place. The staff is brilliant, the food is so delicious. You can have gluten free and diary free meal as well. This place was always clean, and they have a loyalty card. Enjoy it!
