Good breakfast place on the sea front. We had to walk around a bit because we arrived before the 9:30 opening. However we were well rewarded with a good avocados on toast. Sadly no vegetarian pasty.

We have been returning to this lovely restaurant for several years. And it just gets better and better. Either for a snack or a meal it is the perfect location. Sidmouth is a quality coastal town and Mocha is a perfect fit. Very clean and excellent friendly service and staff.
We had take away fish and chips was really lovely
Had lunch there today.....most amenable personel and lovely good food.
Always friendly. Set up for social distancing. Their cod and chips with homemade tartar sauce is superb. Saw some people had similar from somewhere else and ours looked far superior.
