Took my Mantis tiller in for repair. Didn’t fix the problem initially so took it back again. Completed another diagnostics and repair for me “free of charge” which has now sorted the problem out. Outstanding customer focus and customer service. Highly recommended and a very professional and friendly business.

Terrible experience. Ordered a part and left the old one there to make sure it would be correct. 2 weeks later, after paying and getting home, it's wrong.  They re ordered the correct part and called to say it was in and that there was nothing extra to pay.  When my wife went in to collect it, she patiently waited 15 mins to be served whilst they all out the back playing a game and then charges my wife nearly the same amount on top again. The explanation? We don't know how much the parts will be until they come in!!  Never again.

My go to place for all my gardening equipment/spares and even free advice, very knowledgeable staff on all things garden equipment and probably a lot more.

I've only purchased a couple of items from this establishment, but each time has always been a pleasure. Very helpful staff members. Touch wood, but my Stihl Strimmer and Hedge Cutter are still going strong all these years later!

Purchased some tools for the garden, hedge cutters and a few other items and I have to say the young lady that helped me and my wife to select the right cutters was brilliant. Knowledge on the product ranges seemed endless and never once made us feel silly. Cannot recommend enough will always pay the team a visit if I need anything else going forward. The prices here were cheaper than many of the other stores I had been too.

Nice to go in a shop and get greeted with a smile and given great advice for my latest purchase of a MS261 from Emily and Ross. I traveled a distance to visit the shop but it is well worth the time and effort to support a local family business. Thanks to you both. I will be back to see you.

GTE is the Carlsberg of their business type...... Probably the best!!!! Been using GTE 40 years they never let you down. Tina Turner would say "Simply the best" and she would be right. All not some ALL the staff are awesome helpful honest and caring
