Entire order wrong, ordered a baked potato, with a skyscraper burger meal, dessert was wrong and we got a box of chips cheese and coleslaw ? Actual joke of a place.
Rude customer service. 2 hours awaiting for delivery, lied when said its just been made but told me 40 minutes ago it was already made. Get told there busy and I just have to wait !! Ha unreal man!
Kebab missing from order last time was munchy box and only had veg pakora and donner meat never again
Disgusting!!! My food has literally just arrived over half an hour late and it's stone cold. Have thrown my chicken tikka hoggie in the bin in fear of food poisoning. The chips were rock hard overcooked and stone cold, the chicken was rubbery and Stone cold. Would not recommend to anyone. Good money wasted!!!!!!
Fantastic wee takeaway. 3d pizza is right on the money fantastic value for money. The staff are brilliant aswell. Very helpful and great to speak too. The only criticism is there delivery driver. Horrible woman. Literally threw my pizza on the floor. Then had the nerve to message me calling me pathetic and stating that she would not be delivering again. I am happy with the takeaway staff and food. However there choice on delivery driver needs to be looked at as her customer service skills need major work.
Food hygiene is extremely bad here. 1. Boiler in that place does not work. Therefore there is no hot water. Pots pans and dishes have been getting cleaned by cold water for the past 4 weeks since their boiler packed out. 2. They make the Naan and Pizza doe inside a sink. They have been doing this since they first opened. And you have not caught that in the inspection. 3. They marinate the chicken in that same sink that gets used for washing dishes etc. 4. The front shop display fridges do not work properly, leaking water inside the compartments of the fridge where the food is kept inside. Both display fridges. 5. Mice have infested the establishment due to not taking care of the rubbish outside of its door. 6. Flies have been appearing within the onion bags in the store room. 7. Raw food is not separate from the cooked food when stored within fridges. 8. When handling food they do not wear gloves. The gloves are there but not being used. I.e. separately handling raw or cooked food with the same hands. 9. The donner is always left hanging on the machine every night and not being properly stored within fridges after being cooked. 10. The chefs cooking area has never been cleaned. Behind and underneath the cooker, there is rotten food stuck in and around the cooker. Close inspection shows maggots appearing.
I would like to say a huge thanks to Ali and his team. I ordered for the first time ever a takeaway for Christmas day. It was sublime. Faultless. Meat cooked perfectly, rice fluffy and sauces delicious. The extra samosas he sent were amazing... Nippy..... Loved them. Delivery was really good too. All the food was piping hot and organised and marked so we new which dish was which. I will say they had problems a few weeks ago with delivery. Ali was very apologetic and also offered to compensate my me the next time I was in. There was no way I was letting him. They all work very hard especially in this time of pandemic and panic they are incredibly busy. So we all have to be a little more patient and understanding that we cannot get everything as we would under normal circumstances. "good things come to those who wait". Anyway thanks Ali and the team for my best Christmas Dinner ever and keep up the great work. I'm glad I bought enough for boxing day too..... Yum! .
very disappointed food was over cooked lamb bhuna was just a lamb curry no richness or anything to it chips and pokora was over cooked food was just disgusting altogether . Waste of money Defoos won’t be back
Got a takeaway from here last night and me and my partner had to throw it out. The food was horrible. My chicken burger was a frozen chicken burger and was like eating mush. When I order a chicken burger i expect it to be a chicken breast. The buns on both burgers were squashed and soggy. The chips tasted like they had been cooked and lying for days and just slightly reheated, it was like eating cardboard and that was even with sauce on them. To top it off we waited nearly 2 hours from ordering the food to receiving the food so the food wasnt that warm either.
Waited an extraordinary amount of time. Never had to wait so long for an order. There is absolutely no reason for such an issue, busy or not. There won't be any refund or apology either. I seriously doubt I will be using them again
