Really good. Fresh, full of flavour and the guy working here has an obvious passion for what he does. The slow roast pork was spot on. Portion size is large, and so good you’ll want to eat it all.
The noodles taste really fresh and delicious, they made it all by hand which is really different from other types of noodles, and the new drinkiced tea is really fresh as well, I think it’s the best match with the noodles! Highly recommended!
Very fresh and tasty food, small menu makes choices easy and simple. I feel like prep time and pricing doesn't quite reflect the simplicity of this place's concept.
We go to Brighton regularly and this is our favourite place for a quick bite. The brilliant location makes it perfect to pick up a really delicious bao bun for a beach picnic. The food is absolutely delicious. When we first found Jia Mo, we ended up coming back the next day!
Just what I needed after getting soaked in the rain, a friendly welcoming face, warm green tea and the most delicious pork bun! Would definitely recommend!

Really good noodles! They also do veggie and vegan options, it tastes super fresh and is very clean and has more seating downstairs.
