My company have used MNE Accounting since 2013 and I can honestly say they have been great to work with. I would recommend them to any business owners or self employed contractors in need of a reliable accountancy firm. 
The staff have always been friendly to deal with, responding quickly to any questions we may have.

I’ve worked with MNE since 2015 and they’re fantastic. I have never known an accountant to be as dedicated as they are.

We had 5 different 'accountants' work on our accounts in the 9 or so months we were with them. 

They appear to use low-end freelance outsourced bookkeepers who work remotely which is the reason for the staff high turn over and more annoyingly, the reason why the service was so terribly bad and our accounts were never up to date as was agreed.

Eventually we parted on very bad terms.

I'm writing this review as I've just found out from our new accountants  that we've got pages and pages of items incorrectly attributed to General Expenses in Xero with a large number of those items marked as Zero Rated items, meaning that we did not claim back VAT on items that should have been reclaimed.

Having started my business 2 years ago, MNE have been fantastic for both advice and helping me with the tax element.  Information is provided in a clear way and all presented to the tax man in good time.  I'm in safe hands; plus they are a fun, down to earth and refreshing team.  I would genuinely recommend to anyone who wishes to have a trustful accounts advisor.
