Branch director Tom is absolutely brilliant, very professional, always helpful and happy to chat. The whole team behind the counter are great, the lads in the stores outside are very attentive, eager to help and a good laugh. I've had many dealings over the years with MKM Withernsea branch and I'm always pleased with the quality of service I receive. In my opinion and experience, whether you're building a new house or putting up shelves, for materials and service they're the place to visit.

Tom’s customer service is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble for him. It’s a pleasure going into the Withernsea branch as all the staff are friendly and offer the same high standard of help and advice whether the job is big or small.

Have just spent 40 quid in MKM Withernsea and treated like I’d spent a couple of thousand. Have never experienced customer service like it - absolutely brilliant. Theses guys both counter staff and warehouse staff could teach bigger companies a thing or two .
