Rather unpleasant state of lifts following use by homeless person and not cleaned. But you get what you pay for, this is the cheapest parking in central MK, and it's right next to intu so great location for shops. Design of car park means queue to get in can be caused by queue to get out. Waited 15mins to get in during rush hour.

I actually liked this car park, but in Nov 16, there was a car accident outside the exit which stopped all traffic (in & out), and left me in a queue trapped inside. Britannia who run the carpark then hit me with a parking ticket because I exited after my ticket time had expired (I still had 15 minutes left when I started to leave)!! Even after calling them & explaining, I still had to pay! And, I couldn't have been the only one. IF I now HAVE to use them, I pay for 24 hours.

I went to this carpark on a Saturday. I queued all round the carpark and couldn't park so left. Brittania parking who run this car park have now tried to hit me with a parking charge notice for £100. I have appealed this and they have decided to waive it with a reminder that you only get 10 minutes grace. I would have left sooner if I hadn't been stuck in a queue...oh and the pay points can be very difficult to locate depending on which floor you're on.
